Are you passionate about building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their success Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored success plans ensuring they derive maximum value from solutions.
  • Proactively monitor client usage and engagement identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion of services.
  • Provide ongoing training support and guidance to clients helping them navigate challenges and leverage products effectively.
  • Act as an advocate for clients championing their needs and driving internal initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technology or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer success account management or clientfacing role preferably within the legal technologyindustry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional value and service.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer success tools (e.g. Salesforce Gainsight) is a plus.
