Job Description:
DDi Smart Technology is seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Software/IT product development industry with a strong background in customer success. As a Customer Success Manager at DDi you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients throughout their journey with our products.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Customer Onboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a smooth transition and a clear understanding of our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a seamless implementation process.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Develop a deep understanding of DDis products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Provide training sessions to clients on product features and best practices.
Customer Success Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to create and execute customer success plans aligned with their business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling based on client needs.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from clients and work closely with product development teams to advocate for enhancements and improvements.
- Utilize client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
Renewals and Expansion:
- Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science preferably with an MBA/PG in Business Administration/Business Management.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success roles within the Software/IT product development industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
