About The Role

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our team and customers. Using your existing experience in a similar role you will be specialising in white goods appliance spare parts responding to customer inquiries quotes sales and general administration.

What You Will Do

• Action Work Orders
  

• Booking Service Repair Jobs
  

• Reply to Customer Emails
  

• Accounts payable and receivable
  

• Doing Pay Slips
  

• Taking some calls when needed
  

• Undertaking payments over the phone
  

• Quoting on Parts / New Appliances
  

Requirements

Who You Are

• Excellent communication skills
  

• Have prior experience in sales
  

• Be able to work independently and work in a team environment
  

• Be able to work under pressure
  

• Be able to multitask
  

• Have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Salesforce etc.)
  

• Must be able to work Monday to Friday
  

• Must be ok to work 50 hrs a week (paid OT)
