We are looking for an enthusiastic & result oriented Customer Service Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound & inbound calls to prospective customers and from provided leads and cold calling lists.
• Helping customers resolve technical problems related to products or services including answering questions about pricing order status delivery schedules and refunds.
• Establish longterm relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a customer lists.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer incoming calls emails and inquires and provide information to customers & Leads.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Skills required:

• Customerfocused mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have fluent English speaking skills.
• Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer services role.
• Previous experience in outbound telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
• Ability to learn about products and describe/explain that to clients.
• Strong listening presentation and decisionmaking skills.
• Minimum 2 years of Telephone sales experience.
• International Call Center / Business Development Experience of Telephone Sales in North American Market.

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: Rs55000.00 Rs80000.00 per month
