The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for carrying out all channels (calls chats or emails).
Job Duties
- Must be able to handle a call volume of 100 calls per day after training
- General knowledge of Windows based applications
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detailoriented and accurate
- Ability to multitask and perform various duties
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year SOLID experience in CSR
- Able to work on a permanent night shift
- Able to work fulltime onsite ( Ortigas Pasig )
