Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in our organization as they are the first point of contact for our customers. They are responsible for providing exceptional service resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails
  • Listen to and understand customers needs and concerns
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Keep records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
  • Process orders forms applications and requests
  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and information
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Patient and empathetic with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle irate customers
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem analysis and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
