Looking for Customer Service Representatives in Cali

Call Center in Cali is currently looking for fluent English speaking agents with experience as customer service representatives.

Similar to other call centers, we work for different clients and campaigns which allow us to allocate you in the best campaign for your type of experience.

We have a range of campaigns from Work from Home toOnPremise, Inbound callingandchat and email support.

We provide Paid training for the campaign that better fits your type.

The key difference of our operation is the type of client and campaign. Rather than looking at each agent as a number, we look forward to having a collaborative team by acquiring only high value campaigns.

Requirements

Requirements for working as a customer service representative in Cali

The most crucial requirement other than speaking English is to be able to easily communicate by writing and talking.

Depending on the campaign, you may have more or less activities and systems may change however being flexible and demonstrating strong abilities to work independently as well as collaboratively will come a long way.

Applying what you learn in our paid training accordingly will allow you to maximize your result, earn more money and get promoted to a higher position.

This are the rest of the requiremets expected:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma
  • 25+ Words Per Minute on Typing Test
  • Adaptable and ability to stick to processes and new changes
  • Complete background screening
  • INE + RFC + CURP + Acta + Comprobante de Domicilio
Lastly, these are some preferred requirements:
  • Experience with customer service via phone, email, and live chat support
  • Experience in customer service, sales, billing, collections, and technical support
