- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone email and in person
- Assist customers with product information pricing and order status
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records and follow up on any outstanding issues
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a similar role preferred
