Overview:

Our mission is to provide stable safe affordable housing to offer resources for residents to achieve stability and to promote solutions to the affordable housing needs of our community.

As a community housing development organization in Colorado Springs Greccio is passionate about serving as an integral part of the housing continuum. Ensuring that our residents are not burdened by the cost of their housing coupled with the ease of access to the variety of services offered through our Resident Resource Center is critical to resident success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Processing orders forms and applications
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Following up on customer interactions
  • Updating customer accounts
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
  • Assisting with customer retention
  • Resolving billing and payment issues
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Problem analysis and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to adapt to different personality types
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to handle highstress situations
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Empathy and the ability to understand and respond to customers needs
