Job title: Customer Service Representative 10740
Shift Hours of Operation: M - F 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Wichita, KS 67220
Will be working in office 3-5 days a week. Remote Monday and Fridays if contractor chooses to once they are trained. Please note * candidates cannot work remote until they have completed training for approximately 3 months
Dress Code: Business Casual - Jeans allowed - No Tennis shoes or flip flops, screen print t-shirts, no holes in jeans, no shorts
Prescreens Required: HireRight background check and Drug test
Training will be a combination of virtual (on Microsoft Teams with screen share) and in person
There will be process guides to follow.
Manager will supply laptop and monitor, mouse, keyboard to candidate. Candidate needs to have WiFi available when working from home (cannot work from public place)
SAP/ERP required. Looking for candidates that have more technical experience in order management and problem solving/critical thinking skills to address customer problems/pain points.
