Promptly respond to guest inquiries on Airbnb providing accurate and comprehensive information.
Maintain a high level of service excellence ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive experience.
Understand and communicate our property listings amenities and local attractions to guests.
Handle booking requests modifications and cancellations with efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with our property management team to resolve any guest issues or special requests.
Monitor and manage the Airbnb messaging system ensuring no inquiry goes unanswered.
Keep uptodate with Airbnb policies and procedures to provide correct guidance to guests.
Collect and report guest feedback to improve our service and offerings.
Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and tone. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Demonstrated customer service experience or strong willingness to learn. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup. Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms.
