Your missions

As Customer Service Officer you will :

  • Support with all activities related to client andpartner including requests and transactions processing and correct any issue on their contract / policy;
  • Provide support and expertise for the decision making regarding the specifics casesensure cases implementation and followup;
  • Be in charge ofresponding in an effective professional and timely manner to the queries received from several clientspartners or sales colleagues;
  • Ensure that you are consistently ensuring a high level of service;
  • Coordinate with other internal departments toensure that changes in processes procedures are followedup upon.


    Your ideal profile

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a customer service departmentwithin the insurance sector is mandatory.
    • Experience of working with contract/policy administration systems insurance products
    • Experience in client/partner relationship management
    • Excellent communication skills (being able to build effective relationships and adapt communicationstyle to the counterparty always in a professional manner)
    • Ideally you have been working at client service desk in an Insurance Company client support role forthe italian market
    • Fluency in French Portuguese any other European language is an asset

    A candidate experience with Source Up its

    • Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project

    • Interview coaching session before the client meeting
