Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Guide motivate and develop our customer service team into a cohesive unit that excels in delivering topnotch customer support and satisfaction.

Customer Relations: Elevate the customer experience by designing and implementing strategies that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Performance Management: Track and analyze team performance against company goals. Identify and implement strategies for improvement.

Training and Development: Spearhead training programs to improve team skills and knowledge on customer service excellence and our range of home technology solutions.

Operational Excellence: Ensure operational procedures are streamlined and efficient facilitating a productive work environment that meets customer needs swiftly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service management ideally within the tech or home services industry
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify improvement areas
  • Deep understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Technical proficiency with customer service software and tools
  • High school diploma required; higher education in business administration or a related field preferred
