We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual for a fulltime remote customer service position. As a customer service representative you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing customer inquiries feedback and concerns to provide exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience
Providing product information troubleshooting assistance and general support to customers
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and concerns
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using customer service software and technology
US residency required
