Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Queries and Resolution:
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries concerns and feedback through various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers ensuring their issues are resolved promptly.
  1. Client Work Processing:
  • Manage and process client orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions transactions and order status.
  1. Logistics and Delivery Tracking:
  • Monitor the delivery of goods and services ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to track shipments and address any deliveryrelated issues.
  1. Sales and Marketing Support:
  • Assist the sales and marketing teams by providing necessary information and support.
  • Collaborate on promotional activities and campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  1. Feedback Collection:
  • Actively seek customer feedback to gauge satisfaction levels.
  • Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement and communicate findings to relevant teams.
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product availability.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
