The club provides access to Hollywoods top cosmetic dermatologist and expert training materials along with personal coaching and the opportunity to earn business certifications and . Coupled with stateoftheart manufacturing ingredients and high qualitative products.

Tasks

The primary role of the Customer Service Agent is to provide exceptional customer service to both our Ambassadors and Simon Ourian M.D. skincare customers to maintain excellent relationships to ensure the brand image is protected at all times to follow strategies to achieve consistency and create positive outcomes. Experience in the direct selling industry is an asset.

This role is conducive to candidates seeking a UK remote (from home) to hybrid working opportunity.

Responsibilities include

  • Assisting with the daytoday operations in the customer service department.
  • Establish the needs of Ambassadors and customers focusing on facts avoiding assumptions combining a patient approach with a confident and friendly manner.
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner via all communication channels (telephone email WhatsApp Chat Bot).
  • Managing Ambassadors and customer expectations showing genuine empathy and following up effectively.
  • Meet customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities.
  • Highlight and address recurring enquiries.
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
  • Other adhoc teams to support the local team

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
  • A flexible approach and ability to multitask adapt and problem solve.
  • Indepth knowledge of customer service software databases and CRM Tools preferable Microsoft Dynamics BC and Zendesk.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications.
  • Experience in use of social media platforms.
  • Digital understanding and tech savvy.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English Spanish and Portugese
  • Availability from 85pm GMT (to cover tickets 96pm for them local time)
