Customer Service Associate
Location:
Mumbai (Hybrid: Powai)
Shift: Rotational and Rostered
Weekly off: Workdays: 6
Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for customer service executives for inbound and outbound customer service operations. In this role you will be responsible to resolve customer queries concerns and escalations across channels calls chats emails and social media. You are expected to work very closely with crossfunctional teams to provide instant solutions to customers.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Education: 12th/Diploma/Graduation
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken. Candidates who can speak regional languages in addition to English will be preferred.
- MS office basics
- Typing Speed 30 WPM Accuracy 95%
Requirements:
Must have own laptop.
