Overview:

The Customer Service Associate plays a key role in the organization by providing exceptional customer service resolving inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position is crucial in building strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments for prompt resolution
  • Assist with placement of orders refunds or exchanges
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Resolve customer complaints conflicts and issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High level of initiative and followthrough
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Problem analysis and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to handle challenging demands
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive personality with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
