Customer Service Assistant Dutch speaking

Our partner a leading Frenchbased BPO is expanding its internal Automotive Customer Support department and is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in Gennevilliers France. As a Customer Care Representative fluent in Dutch you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients in the automotive industry.

Tasks

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in Dutch and English.
• Respond to professional emails and chat messages in Dutch and English.
• Address general information requests regarding dealership locations cars options warranties etc.
• Manage complaints up to a certain level of complexity excluding those with legal or financial impacts.
• Handle telematics cases including technical queries related to GPS Bluetooth smartphone connections and online account support for existing clients.

Requirements

• Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Interest in the automotive sector is advantageous.
• Proactive and dynamic approach to customer interactions.
• Commercial acumen and numerical proficiency.
• Willingness to work in shift rotations from 08 AM to 08 PM Monday to Saturday totaling 36 hours per week.
