Shifts for Customer Service Administrator :

• 09:00 - 17:00

Pay :

• 11.20 per hour - 22,000 per annum (rising in line with Living Wage in April)

Main Duties of Customer Service Administrator:

• General administrative duties, such as inputting and managing data
  
• Taking customer calls and representing the company professionally
• Resolving customer queries
• Logging customer orders
