* Creating a plan to retain existing customers by identifying their needs and concerns then communicating with them regularly about current promotional offerings. * Create affinity for the between the brand and the target audience. * Monitoring user behavior and satisfaction levels and conducting research on current market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth. * Analyzing data to determine which strategies are most effective in retaining customers over time. * Monitoring competitors activities and industry trends to identify potential opportunities. * Working with marketing and customer service team to identify different audience segments. * Maintaining and building relationships with existing users through targeted communications. * Creating unique bonuses and promotional offers. * Managing SMS Email Marketing and other outbound channels

Requirements

B.sc/HND in any field with at least 3years plus of experience in this role

B.sc/ HND in any course with 3years plus experience
