APEX Acreages Private Limited is looking for individuals who have the following skillset:
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Selfmotivated
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing & maintaining all internal Documents related to the property
- Handling all frontend & backend Customer queries related to their allotted units
- Involved in Pre & postsales activities like porting cancellation refund transfer of property etc
- Reminding customers for payments on timely basis to earn revenue
- Issuing & Drafting Comfort Letter Welcome Letter Demand Letter etc.
- Maintain MIS on daily basis
- Dealing with Banks file management collection of payments reminder on loan payment on timely basis
- Handling queries related to customer s Bookings Cancellation Restoration transfer of property Possession etc
Requirements:
- Proficient in MSOffice (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Must have completed graduation
- Real Estate Background Mandatory
