Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the AWS Cloud Business portfolio.
Understand clients business objectives and challenges and align our services to meet their strategic goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.
2. Account Growth and Expansion:
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional AWS services to existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop strategies for account expansion.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management.
3. Strategic Planning:
Work closely with clients to understand their longterm goals and contribute to the development of strategic account plans.
Provide insights and recommendations to clients on optimizing their AWS Cloud usage for maximum efficiency and costeffectiveness.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams including sales technical and support to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Communicate effectively with clients to update them on project statuses service enhancements and new AWS offerings.
Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing client relationships within our AWS Cloud Business division. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences possess a deep understanding of AWS services and have a proven track record in building and maintaining strong client partnerships.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
45 years of proven experience in customer relationship management preferably in the IT or cloud services industry.
Indepth knowledge of AWS Cloud services and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Location: Kolkata and Hyderabad
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4-5 years of proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the IT or cloud services industry. In-depth knowledge of AWS Cloud services and solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
