We are a recruitment company based in Colombo Sri Lanka and our client is a leading Luxury High Tech Beding manufacture. They are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join their team and below is the summery of the Job Description.

Key Responsabilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients addressing inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients gaining a deep understanding of their needs preferences and goals.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels through regular feedback mechanisms and communication channels.
  • Resolve client issues and escalations promptly ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions transactions and communications in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts to management highlighting achievements challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client retention and growth efforts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience in the lifestyle sector.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • High proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Tamil/Sinhala is an advantage.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
