- Understand membership offers and be able to assist with enrollment of new members as needed and answer questions from current members
- Create a personal connection with each member, strive to know each member by name
- Familiar with Strong website and how to use, such as posting WOD scores, viewing profile, class schedule, all front and back end functionalities that may pertain to member questions and any tasks needed complete assigned duties
- Manage job responsibilities listed or assigned in the future
- Greet every member, potential new member, drop-in and visitors with a smile and genuine care
- Professional, Courteous, Enthusiastic attitude at all times
Strong Camp Manager
Assist in the management and leading of all Strong camp
Lead creation and improvement of camp curriculum and
Effectively lead camp staff according to Strong operational
Teach and demonstrate the content of camp curriculum to camp
Have a high competency in customer communication and problem
Assist in the interviewing and onboarding of all prospective camp
Facilitate in the initial and continual development of camp staff through onboarding, team meetings, video call,
Assist in the ongoing development of Strong camp standard operating
Actively pursue opportunities to grow Strongs current and future camp
Requirements
- 2-3 Years experience in coaching/leading youth, sports, and recreational camps
- High School education with College
- Has proven ability to lead a team of staff towards a desired goal or
- Passion for teaching and helping youth of all ages
- Upbeat personality with the ability to connect with kids and parents
- Desire to professionally grow as a coach
- Back Office Capacity
- Highly Organized & Self Motivated
