Do you speak fluent German

Our German speaking Customer Service Advisors work on behalf of a global customercentric company supporting consumers from around the globe in a multilingual capacity (both English German).

Your new career will involve providing exceptional customer experiences primarily through inbound calls.

You will be dealing with product orders payments missing orders product information requests and recommendations. Even though this is a customer focused role you will be required to actively working towards performancebased targets.

What youll need

• Fluent in German and English
• Driven by helping others and providing exception customer services
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with every customer.
• Strong attention to detail.
• PC literate (speed accuracy and navigation).
• Flexibility in work schedule (Shifts will possibly start and end outside of normal business hours)
