Customer Care Executive
Overview
The Customer Care Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. They are responsible for providing exceptional service to customers addressing inquiries and concerns and representing the company in a professional and positive manner. Their role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Processing orders modifications and escalations
  • Building rapport and establishing positive relationships with customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions

Required Qualifications:
