Customer Care Agent W Native Level Of French

Our client is an international company and a Spanish dermatology leader specializing in solutions to skin conditions and sun protection. They are looking for a French talent to join their customer care team at their headquarters in Barcelona.

You would be a great fit if you have excellent communication skills have some experience in either administrative work in an international environment or a call center and are comfortable working with online programs such as Microsoft Office SAP or Salesforce.

Tasks

• Provide excellent customer service for customers in the French market
• Work together with the sales team to keep logistics up to date
• Build and maintain relationships with customers B2B and B2C
• Help the customers with incidents and complaints by giving creative solutions
• Stay updated on the companys products

Requirements

• Native level of French
• Full professional level of English or Spanish
• Previous experience in customer service or in a contact center
• Problem solver and team player attitude
• Great Microsoft Office skills
• SAP skills will be a big plus!
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
• Thinking in solutions have an innovative mindset
