Customer Advisor

Panaz is an awardwinning market marketleading designer and supplier of textiles for hospitality healthcare and workspace customers (B2B).

We are looking to expand our Burnley team who are onsite from 08:30 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 15:00 on Fridays.

• To ensure sales orders are accurately prepared and dispatched.
• To answer customer questions such as stock levels alternatives delivery dates order status and suitable use.
• To onboard new customer accounts.
• To record buying patterns and account leads.
• To provide wider support to the team including sample dispatch and project administration.

To be successful in this role you will need to be

• Able to learn and retain knowledge of a wide range of products and services offered by Panaz the role will include full training and in time you will be expected to become a gotofabric expert.
• Accurate and enthusiastic
• Positive and selfmotivated.
• Committed to customer excellence.
• A collaborator between customers and field sales staff.
• Organised.
• Keen to solve problems.
• Develop customer relationships.
