Customer Advisor B2B with Dutch

Our client is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of precision instruments that are applied in many different processes such as manufacturing quality control and research & development. Recognized as an innovation leader they integrate various technologies to provide applicationspecific solutions to their customers in science chemical and food industries.

Tasks

• Engage with potential customers to activate their interest in the target products and services that feature in the current marketing campaign no cold calling!
• Calling existing or inactive customers to present new products sending technical information and do followups
• Collaborate closely with diverse departments including product sales and marketing

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service in a B2B/B2C environment or similar position
• Experience in outbound phone calls
• Completed studies/ professional training
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Key Languages

• Native level of Dutch
• Full Professional level of English
• French or Spanish is a plus
