Our last wave of Coventrybased CAM recruits in 2022 have been a big success. We are now looking for more top performers to continue expansion and take our support of customer success even higher.

The Role

You will be accountable for the overall customer success of c.150 customers in due course. You will

drive and coordinate that success with the customer and your colleagues across the business

ensure we communicate with customers through various defined support and communication processes.

coordinate and take part in the effort to harvest customer accounts in terms of annual support renewals selling upgrades and obtaining marketing assets such as testimonials.

The role is permanent and can be from 30 to a fulltime 40 hours per week to suit the candidate.

What were looking for

An experienced Customer Account Manager who is driven to deliver Customer Success you will have worked in B2B account management with some complexity requiring tenacity in problem solving and communicating with customers. You will be able to demonstrate top quality account management ability allied with high productivity and good focus to ensure a high number of customers are handled to a high standard. You need to be truly organised and collaborative.

Candidates will have a distinct advantage if they have (a) experience working with technical products (b) fluency in foreign languages in particular Spanish also Portuguese French or Arabic.

Remuneration package

Potential for OTE to 35k within 12 months for the right candidate

Job Types: Fulltime Parttime Permanent


Salary: 25000.0035000.00 per year


Expected hours: 30 40 per week
