Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
  
• Indepth knowledge of CRM principles strategies and best practices.
  
• Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from customer data.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
