CRM Executive

Location: Hybrid Ocassional travel to Northampton when required likely to be once every 2 weeks could be less depending on business needs

Contract: 12 months maternity cover

Salary: up to 32000

Hours: 37.5

This role is tosupportour CRM Manager ensuring the timely delivery of all marketing communications and integrated CRM campaign activities.

We are looking for someonewho possess practical marketing skills as this is something we will require including handson experience with CRM andwho has worked extensively with segmentation . Additionally it would greatly benefit our test plans to have someone who is proficient in HTML/CSS to provide support.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience in a marketing role
• Excellent communication skills which will include ability to produce concise and selfexplanatory reports using raw data
• Selfmotivated able to work independently and remotely
• Proactive in prioritising own workload and managing activities to meet deadlines
• Great eye for detail as copy checking and proof reading will be a regular requirement for this position
• Competency with use of Adobe Word Excel and Powerpoint
• Understanding of online and offline marketing channels and how they work together and independently
• Previous experience in regulated environment
