About the Rol

As a CRM Engineer your key role involves close collaboration with diverse stakeholders including Product Operations Billing Collections and Sales. The primary focus is on overseeing CRM management with additional responsibilities extending to Zoho Projects Zoho Analytics Zoho Desk and associated systems. Reporting directly to the Head of Product your duties encompass:

What Youll Do

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to comprehend and address CRM and related system requirements.
  • Implement configure and optimize CRM solutions to improve business processes and user experiences.
  • Work closely with Product teams to integrate CRM needs into overall product development and enhancement plans.
  • Offer expertise in Zoho applications including Projects Analytics Desk and others ensuring seamless integration with CRM functionalities.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of workflow processes within CRM systems.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for endusers to maximize system utilization.
  • Stay informed about CRM industry trends and technologies providing recommendations for improvements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve CRMrelated issues.
  • Provide support to users of the Zoho suite.


Required Skills and Experience

  • 2 years of experience asCRM Specialist/Engineer with a focus on Zoho CRM (experience in Zoho platform is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Additional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous.
  • Possess a strong understanding of business processes related to CRM projects analytics and customer support.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Projects Zoho Analytics and Zoho Desk is highly desirable.
  • Certifications in Zoho CRM or related fields are advantageous.
