Crew Lead

Zelle is searching for a crew lead who will be responsible for taking the lead on site of various construction/renovation projects. They will be responsible to complete and oversee the work being done by the other team members. They are responsible for developing and implementing a timeline their team will use to reach its end goal to stay on or under the project budget. Some of the ways team leaders ensure they reach their goals is by delegating tasks to their members including themselves. Attention to detail and pride in the finished product are required to be successful in this position. Ideal candidates will provide examples of prior work and references. Current projects include decks bathroom remodels kitchen remodels drywall finish and texture painting handyman projects. Starting pay based on experience.
Quality training will be provided directly by the owner and will create a plan to set up the new crew leader for success.
