Creative Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead content strategy initiatives with a specific focus on digital channels like YouTube and social media platforms
  
• Proactively works on briefs and storyboards to build out video concepts.
  
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects
  
• Understands onsite production team s needs and specifications.
  
• Proficient in all aspects of editing with excellent use of music graphics typography voiceovers and color grade in video edits
  
• Understands digital channel requirements i.e. cuts down resizing and captions
  
• Works well with timelines to deliver all videos on time.
  
• Monitors digital video trends on YouTube and social media and brings a comprehensive knowledge to the team.
  
• Undertakes other creative duties as assigned
  

• Highly skilled Video Editor Producer visual storyteller and creative thinker capable of understanding concepts bringing ideas to life and creating engaging videos
  
• Leading the creative planning of all video content from Ideation through to research storytelling scripting to execution and delivery
  
• Review content performance to make changes recommendations and optimize for success
