Join IndieFolio as a Creative Lead to take charge of pitching to some of the biggest brands in the country and collaborate with a vast network of India s top creative professionals!
About the role:
Imagine you had access to thousands of independent creatives studios and production houses. Along with 300 top brands across various industries. What would you do
At IndieFolio were more than just a leading creative platform; we re pioneering a new way to help brands get creative work done!
As the creative lead you will:
  1. Craft Pitches: Develop compelling pitches and proposals that showcase our network s creative capabilities. Lead pitch presentations to potential clients effectively articulating our creative vision strategy and approach to winning new business.
  2. Decode Brand Briefs: Analyze client briefs to understand project objectives target audience and creative vision.
  3. Assemble Teams: Curate and assemble diverse teams of freelancers studios and production houses based on project requirements ensuring the right talent is matched with each project.
  4. Manage Creative Delivery & Assure Quality: Oversee the endtoend project lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are exceeded. Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality creativity and effectiveness.
  5. Provide Creative Direction: Give clear and inspiring creative direction to teams guiding them towards solutions that align with client objectives and brand identity.
What will make you an ideal fit for this role:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fast growing digital agencies & studios.
  2. Ability to create and win pitches across UX/UI Animation Video Production Branding & Digital Design projects.
  3. Experience in assembling managing and inspiring a distributed creative team.
  4. Have a sharp eye for brand and brief adherence.
  5. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

3060 Day Plan:

First 30 Days: Getting Acquainted

Week 12:
  • Orientation and Onboarding: Dive into IndieFolios culture values and existing projects. Meet with key stakeholders including the leadership team business development and creative teams.
  • Immersion in Network: Explore IndieFolios vast network of creatives studios and production houses. Familiarize yourself with their portfolios specialties and capabilities.
  • Review Current Processes: Evaluate existing pitching and project management processes. Identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

Week 34:
  • Study Brand Briefs: Begin analyzing past and current brand briefs to understand client objectives target audiences and creative expectations.
  • Pitch Development Practice: Start crafting sample pitches and proposals to get a feel for IndieFolios pitching style and approach.
  • Engagement with Teams: Initiate discussions with various creative professionals within the network. Understand their strengths availability and preferences for project collaboration.

Next 30 Days: Strategy Implementation Optimization and Expansion

Week 56:
  • Pitch Preparation: Develop comprehensive pitches and proposals for upcoming projects. Incorporate insights gained from brand brief analysis and discussions with the creative network.
  • Pitch Presentation Training: Practice delivering pitch presentations focusing on effectively articulating IndieFolios creative vision strategy and value proposition.
  • Client Engagement: Start reaching out to potential clients to schedule pitch presentations and introduce IndieFolios services.
  • Team Assembly: Begin curating teams for upcoming projects based on project requirements and the strengths of available creatives within the network.
  • Creative Direction Framework: Establish a framework for providing clear and inspiring creative direction to teams ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Quality Assurance Setup: Implement systems for conducting regular reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards of creative output.

Week 78:
  • Pitch Execution: Lead pitch presentations to potential clients leveraging practiced skills and refined pitch materials to effectively communicate IndieFolios value proposition and creative capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Building: Focus on building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the pitching process.
  • Project Management Optimization: Finetune project management processes based on feedback and lessons learned from initial project executions.
  • Network Expansion: Explore opportunities to expand IndieFolios creative network by identifying and onboarding new talent studios and production houses.
  • LongTerm Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop longterm pitching and project delivery strategies identifying target clients industries and growth opportunities.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in pitching project management and creative leadership.

By the end of the 60day period you should be fully integrated into the role of Creative Lead at IndieFolio equipped with the skills strategies and relationships needed to drive successful pitching and project delivery for some of the biggest brands in the country.
