Designation: Creative Lead

Location: Mumbai
Purpose: We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Lead to join our luxury stay company and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and visual communication strategies. As the Creative Lead you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that align with our brand philosophy and effectively convey our unique story to our discerning audience. Your role will encompass a range of creative disciplines including Brand Identity and Design Visual Communication Storytelling Brand Philosophy Managing Brand Assets and Collaterals Marketing Communications and Graphic Design.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Identity and Design:
Deeply understand and embody the brands philosophy and values infusing them into all creative outputs.
Align creative strategies with the brands core principles to reinforce a cohesive brand identity.
Define and evolve the companys visual identity ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Conceptualize and design brand assets including logos typography color palettes and imagery.
2. Visual Communication & Storytelling:
Develop visually compelling materials for both online and offline channels maintaining a luxury aesthetic.
Create captivating presentations graphics and multimedia content to convey brand messages effectively.
Ensure that visual elements align with campaign objectives and resonate with the luxury market.
Craft compelling narratives that encapsulate the essence of our brand weaving stories that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent storytelling across various platforms.
3. Marketing Communication & Campaigns:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotional materials.
Lead the design process for various projects including print materials digital graphics and social media visuals.
Strategic and timely edits of campaign assets for desired outcomes.
4. Managing Brand Assets and Collaterals:
Organize and maintain a library of brand assets ensuring accessibility to relevant stakeholders.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral ranging from brochures and banners to digital advertisements.
Ensure all design work maintains high standards of quality and luxury appeal.
Develop impactful and persuasive design that complements copy visual designs and communicates brand messages effectively.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience of minimum 8 years working in a senior creative role within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector.
Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across branding visual communication and graphic design.
Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
Strong understanding of luxury branding and the ability to translate brand values into visual elements.
Excellent storytelling skills both visually and through copywriting with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to lead a creative team manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
A passion for staying updated with design trends industry advancements and emerging technologies.
