Tribe Wellness Sales is hiring a Creative Director for our client Nooro!
Nooro Creative Director
As Nooros Performance Creative Director you will spearhead the development of innovative and impactful creative content leveraging your expertise in analytics performance marketing and direct response strategies and manage a team of dedicated creatives. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the creative vision driving measurable results and enhancing our brands connection with its audience.
What Youll Do:
ROIDriven Content Creation: Design and oversee the production of directresponse creative materials that are specifically aimed at achieving high ROI in performance marketing campaigns. Manage the creation of video content for Facebook ads YouTube Funnels VSLs and Landing Pages including both short and longform videos.
Optimize the Creative Machine: Optimize the existing creative process to maximize efficiency and output. Design the sprints in which the creative team will work to perpetually produce high converting high performance creatives.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of 1015 (and growing) video editors giving constant feedback on their creatives quality checking all creatives and providing them with a constant flow of ideas and resources to help them develop and stay proactive.
Quality Standards Enforcement: Uphold and enforce high standards for creative quality. This involves reviewing new batches of creatives and providing detailed feedback for improvement based on the existing standards of quality.
Innovation and Concept Development: Constantly generate fresh ideas editing styles and creative formats bringing new innovative concepts to the table for creative projects.
Performance Tracking: Communicate with Paid Marketing Channel Managers on a weekly basis to analyze the performance of creative content to create an ongoing feedback loop.
What You Bring:
Creative Expertise: An expert direct response storyteller and video editor with proven expertise creating conceptually rich and performancedriven content. Handson experience in Facebook YouTube Landing Pages and VSLs with a strong emphasis on creating short and long format content that drives measurable results focused on CTR AOV CVR ROAS.
Leadership: Proven experience in building creative processes and managing video content creation with the ability to lead and inspire a team ensuring high productivity and creativity.
Consumer Behavior: A deep understanding of how creative elements influence consumer behavior and conversion rates with the ability to craft compelling callstoaction and designing content that prompts immediate customer response.
Forwardthinking Innovation: Capable of generating new ideas and creative concepts regularly with the innate ability to create game changing creative concepts and marketing campaigns.
Analytics Expertise: Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of creative content. This includes understanding key metrics and interpreting data to inform creative strategies.
DataDriven Decision Making: Ability to make informed decisions based on data and analytics optimizing creative strategies for better performance.
ROI Focus: A clear focus on return on investment (ROI) when developing and executing creative strategies ensuring that all creative efforts contribute to the businesss bottom line.
Quality Focus: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high creative standards at all stages of the creative process.
Extreme Collaboration: Excellent coordination skills to work effectively with all inhouse teams including video editors and copywriters.
Feedback Management: Ability to provide constructive feedback and implement continuous improvement processes.
