- Create company manual for internal controls
- Create processes & and implementing controls
- Work with the CFO to ensure drafting proper tailored cycles and processes after understanding business needs and with making sure smooth operations
- Performing monthly internal audit report with reporting any deviations or recommendations needed.
- regularly update cycles and processes to keep up with the business need in each stage
- monitor different departments controls and report any deviation
- Make overall control assessment to the organization highlighting any risks involved
