Job Description:

OYO is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales initiatives and establishing strong relationships with corporate clients in the Mumbai and Bangalore regions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and objectives.
2. Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through cold calling networking and other lead generation methods.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within corporate accounts.
4. Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs leveraging OYOs products and services.
5. Negotiate and close sales contracts ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both OYO and the client.
6. Collaborate with internal teams including operations marketing and finance to ensure seamless execution of corporate contracts and agreements.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities pipeline and performance to senior management.
8. Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Proven track record of success in corporate sales with a minimum of X years of experience.
Strong network of corporate contacts in the Mumbai and Bangalore regions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Resultoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Familiarity with the hospitality industry and/or previous experience in hotel sales is a plus.
