Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in preparing the relevant corporate documentation (including KYC documents and bank account opening forms);
  • Ensure all company records and statutory registers are properly maintained and updated on a timely basis in the relevant systems with the necessary support of other members of your team to ensure the company is kept in good standing;
  • Manage the company files daily to ensure that all relevant documents are correctly filed on a timely basis;
  • Assist in drafting agreements and contracts using approved company templates;
  • Handle clients correspondence;
  • Manage payments process on behalf of clients;
  • Contact banks, service provider, notaries and various administrations;
  • Bring support to internal departments (accounting, legal, compliance);
  • Assist in preparing the clients board ;

Profil :


- University degree in Law, Economics and / or Tax degree
- Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate law as well as the legal and administrative requirements and Luxembourg industry regulations
- A minimum of 4 years proven expertise in corporate services, international law, tax or trust
- A natural team player who is confident, flexible and who is keen to grow and
- A preliminary experience of Luxembourg market, regulations (legal, tax, financial accounting & reporting) and market developments is an
- You are fluent in English, good skills in German and/or French will be considered an asset
