Corporate Lawyer

Tasks

We re looking for our Lawyer (all gender, part time welcome) to join us on this journey:

Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d)

Several years experience

In-depth knowledge of the laws and regulations in banking, securities and Capital market law desirable

Work experience for a law firm or financial company such as a bank or a securities firm is an advantage

Initiative, adaptability, systematic work style and confident demeanor

Independent and conceptual way of working

Teamwork, reliability and communication
skills Fluency in written and spoken German and English

Requirements

Contract management

• Creation, revision and updating of contracts of all kinds, e.g. cooperation agreements,
• Deposit/account contract documents, IT contracts, outsourcing contracts (also with regard to the banking regulatory requirements for outsourcing), framework agreements,
• Software creation contracts, operator contracts (work contracts, service contracts) and generalSample contracts in German and English
• Legal review of contract documents forexisting and new products and others Marketing and Product Materials
• Accompaniment of contract negotiations in an international environment and also in English

Legal Advice

• Legal advice and support for the management and the departments in operational business matters (e.g. customer complaints)
• Legal support for projects and conception of cooperations with partners and other companies of the Group
