Preparing reports on financial status or progress of projects to upper management
Helping company raise capital and make investments in the existing business projects and equipment.
Planning for capital expenditures such as equipment purchases or building construction projects
Determining which investments are profitable based on interest rates market conditions and other factors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks investors and other financial institutions
Negotiate loans lines of credit and other financing arrangements on behalf of the company.
Preparing budgets and financial forecasts and monitoring spending to ensure that it complies with company policies
Analyzing prospective investments to determine their viability and risks.
Prepare periodic reports detailing the company s financial position including income statements balance sheets cash flow statements and budgets
Develop financial models to support decisionmaking around new business opportunities investments and other strategic initiatives
Manage the company s treasury function managing cash flow and liquidity.
Manage the company s capital structure ensuring an optimal mix of debt and equity
Coordinate the development and implementation of financial planning and forecasting processes.
Advise senior management on financial planning and risk management.
Stay abreast of developments in the field of corporate finance and share insights with the team on a regular basis
Identify costsaving opportunities and implement process improvements
Serve as a key member of the leadership team providing input on strategic decisions affecting the company as a whole.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in accounting finance economics or other related fields
5 years experience in corporate finance investment banking or similar role
Proven track record of treasury management successful financial management and analysis
Indepth knowledge of financial accounting principles
Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
Strong Excel skills; proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
CFA ACCA or ACA
A Bachelor s degree/ HND Degree At least 5+ years work experience Strong Organizational skills Proficiency in handling clients inquiries and resolving issues Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private aviation, or a similar VIP customer service role Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of private jet services, airport operations, and international travel regulations is a plus
