Corporate Controller

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Controller to join our finance team. The Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management reporting and compliance for the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving financial performance in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process including budgeting forecasting and longrange planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial policies procedures and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage the monthend and yearend close processes including review and approval of journal entries reconciliations and financial reporting packages.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decisionmaking initiatives.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance activities including coordination with external tax advisors and government agencies.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members fostering a culture of accountability professionalism and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management roles with at least 5 years in a corporate environment.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
