Position Overview:

As the Director of Operations & Strategy you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization overseeing all aspects of operations and spearheading strategic initiatives to fuel our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency streamline processes and enhance organizational performance.
• Lead crossfunctional teams to drive key initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and goals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance metrics identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives including market expansion product development and organizational restructuring.
• Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement leveraging best practices and emerging trends to drive competitive advantage.
• Provide mentorship guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Must be CPA (inactive/active) certified.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in manufacture is a plus but not required.
