Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic ServiceNow Developer to play a critical role in the implementation and customization of the ServiceNow platform to meet our unique healthcare operational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development specifically with ServiceNow and a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance. This role involves developing custom applications creating integrations with other hospital systems and ensuring that our ServiceNow deployment enhances our ability to deliver outstanding patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement custom applications and solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support hospital operations and healthcare workflows.
  
• Work closely with IT and departmental teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  
• Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other hospital systems such as electronic health records (EHRs) to streamline operations and improve data consistency.
  
• Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy of hospital processes.
  
• Ensure custom solutions and integrations comply with healthcare regulations including HIPAA to protect patient data and privacy.
  
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure reliability and functionality.
  
• Provide technical support troubleshooting and guidance for ServiceNow users addressing any issues that arise.
  
• Stay uptodate with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies incorporating them into development practices to continuously improve our platform.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in software development with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to ServiceNow development.
  
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and other relevant programming languages.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow application development including custom application design Workflow Configuration and Service Catalog.
  
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and compliance regulations particularly HIPAA is highly desirable.
  
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
  

Desired Skills:

• Experience with web technologies (HTML CSS REST SOAP) and their application within ServiceNow.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Experience in creating detailed documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
  
• Proven track record of developing and implementing efficient scalable solutions within ServiceNow.
