Summary:
We are at the forefront of integrating innovative technology solutions to enhance healthcare delivery and operational efficiency. We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and healthcare operations leveraging the ServiceNow platform to improve processes enhance service delivery and support our mission of providing exceptional patient care. This role involves detailed requirement gathering process mapping system configuration and customization and stakeholder management to ensure that our ServiceNow implementation aligns with our hospitals needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to identify and analyze business needs and challenges that can be addressed with ServiceNow.
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions document specifications and translate business needs into technical requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with ServiceNow Developers and Administrators to ensure that system configurations and customizations meet the business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of workflows processes and user guides for ServiceNow applications and features.
- Facilitate change management processes by conducting user training sessions creating training materials and providing ongoing support to endusers.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of ServiceNow implementations identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Manage project timelines deliverables and stakeholder communication to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Business Administration Healthcare Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 1 year focused on ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and how they apply within a healthcare environment.
- Experience in requirement gathering process analysis and project management.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA) is highly desirable.
- ServiceNow System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
Desired Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and creating userfriendly training materials.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.
