I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job in Bromley for a leading leisure operator in the Health & Fitness sector. This is an incredibly exciting growing Leisure Management business. I am looking for an organised proactive individual with a passion for compliance health & safety and doing the right thing! This is a leisure job not to be missed.

In this role you will work closely with the team across the contract whilst maintaining effective and strong relationships with all key stakeholders. This is a multifaceted diverse facility. You might have previous experience in a similar role in the leisure industry or maybe looking to move from a similar field into a career in health & fitness.

As a Compliance Manager you will have responsibility to ensure there is compliance across the entire business. Whether this is safety standards ensuring that the contract with the client is fulfilled working with key stakeholders or contractors. You will need to be a pleasure to work alongside but a stickler for the rules and be able to stick to your guns when being challenged to bend them.

• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance level
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly
• Oversee regulatory reporting processes
• Provide guidance on compliance matters to employees
• Investigate any compliance issues or violations

You must have:

• The ability to produce reports and present findings to senior team
• Previous experience in a compliance based role
