Content Distriputor Marketing Manager

1. Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to content creation (core content is provided).
• Transform content into appealing suitable and shareable formats.
• Independently create texts and design media for presentations pitch decks etc.
• Manage content distribution across various channels (LinkedIn website Twitter etc.).
• Drive and initiate necessary marketing campaigns.
• Take responsibility for holistic external representation and continuously develop our overall approach.
• Accompany the core team in projects and events to turn unique insights into content and further develop yourself.
• Support the core team in operational activities and promoting the respective personality profile.

2. Qualifications:

• Completed degree such as Communication Science Business Administration with a focus on Marketing etc. or alternative education.
• Creativity an eye for design articulate writing style and a sense of zeitgeist and trends.
• Native German and very good English skills (B2) especially in written form.
• Independent and goaloriented work as well as high selfinitiative.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as good time management.
• Openness to tools and software that support work in the content and marketing field (everything available in the generative AI environment).
• Strong interest in innovation entrepreneurship and deep tech.
